Rachel A. Marz, the driving force behind RAM HR Solutions, is an accomplished human resource professional with over 10 years of experience in diverse industries but concentrated in aerospace and defense manufacturing.

Passionate about empowering individuals and businesses to reach their full potential, Rachel's unique blend of expertise, empathy, and strategic thinking has made her a trusted partner. ​Rachel began her career in human resources after earning her Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Regis University. Her extensive experience includes working with startups, small businesses, and large corporations, handling various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and organizational strategy.

Rachel's deep understanding of the intricacies of the HR field enables her to provide insightful, results-driven solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.​
